If it was a "counterintelligence" function, then the DEA is exempt. That must be the issue; although, I would think the term has been well defined by now, but who knows? Also, if the information to which they had access was either "top secret" or "special access," then the DEA is exempt. I would think the DEA attorneys would have given the okay on these things well before now. I suspect the contract even includes language regarding polygraph. In other words, there's got to be a whole lot more to this story....IP: Logged | |
